"Scott Casterline is considered one of the top Sports Agents in the country. Based in Dallas, Texas,
Scott has been a Sports Agent since 1983 and has been certified by the National Football League Players Association
(NFLPA) as a Contract Advisor since 1987 at which time he founded Team Sports. He is the senior partner of Team Sports.
Team Sports has two other divisions: Team South in Montgomery, Alabama, managed by Lisa Van Wagner, and Team Sports West, in
Los Angeles, California, managed by Marlon Tucker.
He has represented over 125 NFL Players and has negotiated over $300 million dollars in NFL contracts. He has represented seven
(7) first round picks and has had 10 clients named All-Pro. Scott has represented players on NFL rosters every year from 1983
to date.
Scott has been called” the Best Agent in Texas” by Texas Men, “Good Morning Texas” on ABC, “Good Day Dallas” on FOX, and by
“The Turtle Creek News”. He has appeared as a feature subject on “Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel” on HBO. Scott has been called
”one of the top agents in the industry….” by Sports Illustrated. The New York Times called Scott Casterline and Team Sports

Scott is also appeared as himself in a number of television series including the successful eight-week series, “SuperAgent”
on Spike T.V., and he soon will appear in “Split Ends” on the E! Entertainment Network, set to air in the fall of 2006.
Scott also has a leading role in a television movie, "The Gender Bowl”, set to air in December 2006. Scott is also the
Executive Producer of the “Mike Fisher Show”, a sports talk- radio program syndicated throughout Texas on Progressive Talk
Radio and hosts his own segment on this show.""
Marlon S. Tucker
President - Team Sports West
Marlon is from Norwalk, CT. He began his collegiate football career at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst
in the fall of 1992. He then transferred to Division I-AA IONA College in New Rochelle, NY in the fall of 1994. He was
a two year starter in the Gaels secondary leading the team in tackles in his senior campaign.
Marlon received his BA in Political Science in 1998. In December 2001 he received his Juris Doctorate Degree
from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, focusing his studies on Sports and Entertainment Law.
Marlon is a registered NFL and CFL contract advisor and focuses the majority of his time on the representation of
professional football players. Marlon has negotiated contracts in every professional football league as well as various
television contracts for clients. Prior to helping found Team Sports West, Marlon worked for Sports Placement Service, Inc.,
assisting in the promotion and marketing of retired athletes such as Muhammad Ali, Jim Brown, Joe Namath, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
& John Riggins. Marlon also helped to promote prize fights for Mouth Piece / K2 promotions which represents Vitali Klitschko
and Wladimir Klitschko, Oba Carr and Kevin Kelly. During law school, Marlon was the founding President of the Sports Law
Society, which has become one of the largest sports law organizations on the west coast. Marlon was also a member of various
student organizations. He is also a member of the Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni Association.
Marlon has also had a starring role on the summer 2005 series “Super Agent”. He also appeared on KTTV-Fox Televisions
“Good Day Live”, “Good Day LA”, Fox 10pm News cast, and Fox’s “NFL Sunday Overtime”.
Marlon currently resides in Stanton, CA with his wife Evelyn and their two children.

Paul C. Cruz
Chief Information Officer
Paul was born on the US Island of Guam. Although he has spent most of his life in Southern California, he
has lived in Seattle, WA and Dallas, TX.
Professionally, Paul has spent most of his career in the healthcare industry as an Information Technology Specialist.
He has been working as a software engineer since 1990. Currently he serves as a Senior Business Analyst and Technical Resource
for a health care organization located in Southern California. He is also the Chief Information Officer for Team Sports West.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Phoenix from which, he holds a BS degree in Information Technology.
Paul resides in Riverside, CA with his wife Monique and their two children.
Marvin L. Fitchett
Chief Recruiter - Financial Consultant
Marvin hails from Norwalk, CT of which he is still a resident. He was an honorable mention All-America
Candidate at Tailback at Norwalk High School in Norwalk, CT. Marvin also excelled in baseball and track while at Norwalk High School,
drawing the attention of many Division I programs. He placed sixth at the high school national track and field meet in 1990.
He began his collegiate football career at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in the fall of 1990. Due to numerous knee
injuries during his high school and collegiate years, Marvin’s career was cut short and he left the UMass football team in the
spring of 1992.
Marvin returned to Norwalk High School after his playing days concluded to become an assistant football and track coach.
He currently is employed by First County Bank as the DOC of all the regional offices. Marvin is also a licensed insurance
and finance specialist. Marvin serves as a chief recruiter in the Northeast and financial consultant for Team Sports West.
Dos Dietze
V.P. - Business Development
John Dietze Jr. known to most as “Dos” works as an assistant to Scott Casterline and serves as the future of TEAM SPORTS.
Dos is originally from South Texas, living in Cuero, Rockport, and Corpus Christi. Dos was an All-State athlete at
Corpus Christi Calallen High School where he participated in both Football and Baseball. Dos currently is attending
Texas A&M University in College Station where he studies Economics and emphasizes in entrepreneurship. Dos has been
honored on the Dean’s List the last four semesters of school and plans to attend Law School at SMU in the fall of 2008.
